Last weekend Sommer, Neva and I went to the cabin in Sweden. The girls had a lot of fun

Yesterday we went to The Night Hawk Diner on Grünerløkka in Oslo with Sommer and Neva:

This has been an interesting week. The volcano Eyjafjallajøkull on Iceland is angry, and no plain can take off.

Juliane and I was suppose to fly to England to day, but that is not going to happen….. And we have no idea when we will be able to fly anywhere again. If the big volcano Katla wakes up we are in big trouble.

…SPRING WE LOVE!

We have had a perfect Easter whit birthday parties and other parties, relaxing days and sporty days in the stables.

The container has arrived so we have had a lot of fun with the Polaris Rangers.

Pick nick by the lake. It is still cold here but we can see the spring slowly coming.

After a hectic week it is time to relax

Juliane and I have been to Prana Yoga. Juliane thought we were going to sit still and meditate. HAHA It was a little bit harder than that

On Friday Johan and I went to Oslo to go to a shop called Ruth66, a small shop filled up with 50^th accessories Johan bought me a yellow 50^th swim suite (from Dorthe Skappel). NICE

Afterwards we went to a shop called Los Lobos. Also 50^th clothes, shoes and accessories. There he bought me a 50^th dress with skulls on. HEHE. It is very sexy.

Then we went to a boat show, and looked at all the expensive boats in Norway…..and we are so lucky we have an American pontoon boat.

It was time for dinner and we went to a diner called The Nighthawk Diner on Grünerløkka. Fantastic! It was like being back in America. They had the best ever coleslaw (outside USA ref. Johan)

Sommer and Neva spent the afternoon with “Bestemamma” Solveig

On Saturday, Neva went to a friend (Nora Elise) for sleepover. Sommer stayed with us. We went for a walk and ended up in Birgitte and Runes house having coffe and cake

Spring is coming. The snow is melting away quickly now, and all the roads are muddy.

In the afternoon we went to Solveig for dinner and redwine.

Today, Sunday, we are just relaxing home. The snowflakes are falling big and wet outside. Johan is fixing American breakfast with egg, bacon and pancakes with syrup. In the afternoon he is going to make pizza

Torvald (Johans uncle) stopped by and Kristine (Johans sister) also stopped by with a birthday gift for Neva

In the evening Juliane, Andreas (Julianes friend) and I are going to the movies : Alice in Wonderland with Johnny Depp

So I have had a perfect weekend with no cooking….hehe and a perfect family!

Lots of meetings, and I have catched a cold. It is Johan`s fault …….

Juliane have had her Norwegian exam to day…and she has been watching an Norwegian documentary about how Norwegian teenagers behave in school…..and they behave BAD!

Neva has the first grade teddy, Martin, for sleepover 

Sommer is staying with her friend Cecilie, and they are going to choir rehearsal 

Not much. Sorry, but this is our everyday life in Norway
